What I do?

As CPO & CTO at Aira, I lead a team of product designers, engineers and technology enthusiasts responsible for developing the Aira product portfolio and our clean-energy tech systems and digital solutions.  ‍

What I love?

The electrification of European households, like the invention of the internet 20 years ago, brings with it a huge untapped potential and need for innovation and customer solutions. At Aira we love the challenge of bringing a new customer friendly proposition to life!

What I do?

As Chief People & Culture Officer at Aira, I am passionate about establishing an entrepreneurial and courageous culture that attracts top talent, fosters employee engagement and a dynamic work environment. This environment will enable us to succeed on our ambitions and mission for a sustainable future. ‍

Talent is at the heart of our business and is my top priority as CEO. I am passionate about finding, attracting, and supporting the development of our growing team at Aira. Working alongside colleagues to deliver on our strategy, product portfolio and building a trusted consumer brand and business.

As Aira Italy CEO, I have two key roles firstly to motivate and support our colleagues to grow and deliver a superior customer experience so that customers are ultimately happy.

At Aira we are protecting the planet, this is a significantly meaningful job to do and one that will create an impact for generations to come.

My team and I ensure that all our products are delivered to our customers with great quality, on time, at an affordable cost. I lead a fantastic team of professionals that obsess daily over safety, quality and world class operations.

It's super exciting to build Aira towards a great purpose and improving the day-to-day lives of millions of people. I also love working with all the talented people at Aira, continuously learning from each other!

What I do?

I have a dual role at Aira as CEO of our UK business and as Chief Commercial Officer for the Group. In my Group role, I lead a team of experts who support our markets with best practice on attracting new customers. In my role as UK CEO, I lead an extraordinary team who are building our presence as the one-stop-shop for minimising energy bills and CO₂ emissions.

‍What I love?

I love the passion and the energy we get from playing an important part in solving one of the most pressing challenges we face as humanity – global warming. I also love being part of building a company from the ground up with the wonderful highs and lows that involves.

I keep track of the numbers for Aira, making sure that we focus our resources where our customers get the most bang for buck.
